Returns: Must be received with 14 days of Date of Order/Must be in New,Never used, Never unpackaged,Never installed condition. Must call for RA#, Shipping charges are not included in returns. $5 handling Fee for all returns.

*THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ON: Any BodyWork, RAM AIR DUCTS, Electrical Parts including (PCII/PCIII/r), Rims, Jet Kits, Special Order Items, or Any Products that have been opened, tampered with or Installed,We have to be able to Re-sell. No returns  SPECIAL ORDERS. * see below. There are no returns on bike specific items on Models that are more than 2 years prior to the current year due to many of these items need to be special ordered (See special orders).

Warranty Defective items and liability:: All Warranties are honored by the product Manufacturers. Please be sure to save your Invoices. In the event of a warranty claim, you will most likely be asked by the manufacturer for an original invoice. We will do our best to assist you with Any Warranty Claims. All items are new at time of purchase unless otherwise noted, Absolute assumes no liability in the items we sell all product manufacturers are accountable for any liability of their products. We recommend professional installation on all products. All defective items must go back to manufacturer, We will help in anyway to assist your claim with the manufacturer. Defective Returns If the item you wish to return is inoperable, but has no apparent damage, it is considered defective. Defective merchandise should be returned directly to the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement.

Damaged goods:   All items are shipped in new condition, inspected before it leaves our store. In the event your item arrived damaged it must be reported to us within 24 hours of the delivery of your item. Signed goods must be reported damaged to the delivery person and refused if box appears damaged in anyway.

Trackday Policy: $50 Deposit is Non-refundable. The $50 will only be refunded if we are able to take a rider of a waiting list for that day and enter them into your reserved spot. The deposit option is only a Delayed payment option whereas the Balance of your day is due 30 Days prior to the event. If the balance is not paid for within 30 days of the event, Absolute has the right to Assign another rider to your spot due to non-payment. Your deposit will not be refunded unless this participant is taken off a waiting list for that given day. The same policy is for those participants that pays for a day in full in advance. Track days that are paid in full in advance can be transferred to another person, however the transaction will be  between those People, we will be informed of the change of rider by the registered rider only. A track day paid in full will only be refunded to a participant if the riders spot can be filled with someone of a waiting list situation. Rain insurance is not available. We have decided rain insurance will not benefit our riders in a cost effective way. For particulars please call customer service. We do Ride in the rain. No refunds will be given for bad weather. If a Pocono day is not started due to safety  concerns of Absolute and or Pocono itself. and No Motorcycle has ridden on the track, Pocono will give us a rain date, which will be provided to our registered riders for that day at half off. Absolute will also issue a $20 Credit for your next purchase on tires. All of the above concerns the Track day fee only. Our basic school is not taught in the Rain. therefore you will be able to attend the school at any other event you choose, or receive a refund for your school fee. Your Track day fee applies to the policy above.
