Payment: We cannot accept payment from outside the United States, US accounts only! We Accept MC / Visa / Discover / AMEX / Western Union or USPS Money Orders only, otherwise all others will be sent back or if from a bank held for clear 10-14 days.,NJ Residents add applicable sales tax OF 7%. NO CODS PAYPAL MUST SHIP TO A CONFIRMED SHIPPING ADDRESS ONLY NO EXCEPTIONS. All Credit Card Orders Must ship to the billing address of the credit card of choice for new customers. It will be the discretion of the General Manager to honor ship to address that are not the billing address. Any questions feel free to contact us first.
APO/FPO ORDERS: We gladly ship to APO/FPO address via U.S. Priority Mail. As long As your bank has that address on file and we can verify it. Since we will have to ship this item in person because of APO/FPO, there may be a delay in getting your order out. Inquire with us about those estimated times.

Shipping: Shipping and Handling will be added at the time of purchase. Merchandise will Almost Always be sent out within 48 hours, if not the same day of order if in Stock. FedEx & UPS cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box. Our Online quoted overnight rates do not apply to oversize items. In the event the item you ordered is Oversize a Customer Service Rep will call you to confirm shipping costs before your item is shipped.
Availability: We do our best to insure adequate inventory levels, but product availability is subject to prior sales. We will always verify with you before you are charged if your item will not ship the day, or day after your order.

Returns: Must We will be more than glad to Accept a return or exchange on your order within 14 days of the Day your item was delivered. We will accept your return or exchange if your item is in the condition it was received. We cannot accept items that have been used, or items that Have been opened from a sealed package. In addition an item for Motorcycle installation cannot be returned if it has been installed on a motorcycle.Simple call us for a RA#,
Shipping charges are not included in returns. $5 handling Fee for all returns.
Exchanges: Are always accepted. Exchanges Fall under requirements for returns above. Except No Handling fee.
*THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ON: Any BodyWork, RAM AIR DUCTS, Electrical Parts including (PCII/PCIII/r), Rims, Jet Kits, Special Order Items, or Any Products that have been opened, tampered with or Installed,We have to be able to Re-sell. No returns SPECIAL ORDERS. * see below. There are no returns on bike specific items on Models that are more than 2 years prior to the current year due to many of these items need to be special ordered (See special
orders).
Warranty Defective items and liability:: All Warranties are honored by the product Manufacturers. Please be sure to save your Invoices. In the event of a warranty claim, you will most likely be asked by the manufacturer for an original invoice. We will do our best to assist you with Any Warranty Claims. All items are new at time of purchase unless otherwise noted, Absolute assumes no liability in the items we sell all product manufacturers are accountable for any liability of their products. We recommend professional installation on all products. All defective items must go back to manufacturer, We will help in anyway to assist your claim with the manufacturer. Defective Returns If the item you wish to return is inoperable, but has no apparent damage, it is considered defective. Defective merchandise should be returned directly to the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement.
Damaged goods: All items are shipped in new condition, inspected before it leaves our store. In the event your item arrived damaged it must be reported to us within 24 hours of the delivery of your item. Signed goods must be reported damaged to the delivery person and refused if box appears damaged in anyway.
